Frequently asked questions
What exactly is Regression Therapy and how does it work?
Regression therapy is a natural organic process. It is a profound journey that bypasses the analytical conscious mind to access the subconscious, the deep reservoir where memories of past events and "soul stories" are stored.
While it is a holistic approach not yet officially recognized by the traditional medical world, its ability to deliver transformative results is remarkable.
Unlike conventional talk therapy, which often focuses on providing tools to manage your symptoms, this work is rooted in feeling and understanding. Instead of repressing discomfort, we listen to what these energies represent for you. This process allows you to create new pathways that prove change is not just a hope, but a reality.
By diving deep, you begin to distinguish which feelings truly belong to you and which are inherited energies—burdens passed on to you in the heat of a moment that were never yours to carry.
Do I have to believe in past lives for the therapy to be effective?
No, many therapist view "past life" experiences as metaphorical stories or archetypes created by the mind to help you heal current-life trauma.
Think of it as a dream; are dreams real or simply a tool to convey a message?
Do you use hypnosis or will I lose control during the regression session?
No, you are fully in control during the whole session. Think of it as deep meditation & mindfulness.
During a regression session, you are the primary particiant in the following ways:
-
Your brain is working intensely to visualize, recall and process information that comes from you, not from the therapist.
-
Your brain pathways related to sensations and problem-solving will be highly active.
-
You will use all your senses and you must actively describe what you feel, smell, hear or see to the therapist.
During the session, you are an active explorer of your own subconscious. I act as a facilitator to help you explore your own subconscious, ensuring you feel safe and empowered throughout the entir journey.

What symptoms or issues can be treated with this therapy?
Regression therapy is designed to address the root causes that conventional methods may not always reach.
-
It is highly effective for resolving chronic conflicts such as phobias, panic attacks, and persistent anxiety.
-
Beyond symptom relief, this approach allows you to identify and break repetitive patterns—such as self-destructive behaviours or systematically attracting harmful relationships.
-
It allows you to release limiting mandates that no longer serve you.
Will I remember what happens during a session?
Therapeutic regression allows you to recall most of what occured once the session ends.
You play an active role during the session; my role is to guide you through your experiences during the session.
Is it safe?
Yes, you remain in contol throughout the session. You are aware of your surroundings, and you can choose to end the session at any time.
How long are sessions?
Therapeutic Sessions are longer than standard therapy, usually lasting 2 to 3 hours.
Sessions are not cut short because time is up. The session ends when you have processed all the details of the experience you are relving.
Can sessions be done online?
Yes, regression therapy can be done online, and it is often just as effective as in-person sessions. Some people even prefer it because they can relax in the comfort and privacy of their own home.
For an online session, you need:
-
A reliable internet connection to avoid freezes.
-
A working camera and microphone allowing us to hear and see each other clearly.
-
Headphones or earbuds are excellent for better audio quality and help block out external household noices.
-
A quiet, private room where you won't be interupted for the full duration of the session.
-
A flat surface where you can fully relax your body, very often your own bed.
Who is a good candidate for a session?
-
Willingness and Curiosity: Candidates who voluntarily choose the session and are eager for self-understanding tend to benefit the most.
-
Ability to Relax and Visualize: A good candidate is someone who can comfortably enter a meditative state and engage their "mind's eye". If you have never tried it before, you may need a few sessions to get connect on a very deep level. This does not mean that connecting on a more superficial level does not give you the inside you need. Every session brings anwers and improvements!
-
Clear Intentions: Having a specific goal—such as understanding an unexplained phobia, a recurring relationship pattern, or a feeling of being "stuck"—helps focus the session.
Health and Safety considerations
-
If you have major heart or mental health conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor first.
-
Additionally, heavy alcohol or drug use can distort your perception of reality, which may make the session less effective.
Just like your questions, regression is a natural process.
At its core, it is simply a way of guiding yourself to reconnect with who you are.
Trust your curiosity,
if it has brought you this far, you’re more prepared than you realise.
